STEP 4:
MIXING AND EDITING

Back at the Master Studio in Orlando, Florida, using state-of-the-art equipment, each phrase is carefully scrutinized, edited, and then methodically matched by shifting it either backward or forward until it fits the original picture to give the appearance that each character is speaking the recorded language. (For languages in lesser media sophisticated areas of the world, this step can be accomplished by the recording team in the field.) The final edited dialogue is then mixed with the music and sound effects. A DVD is made and sent back to the in-country approval committee for their final review for accuracy, power and cultural suitability. (Daily tours of the Master Studio are available weekdays. Call (407) 826-2318 for details.)
