A Strategy Coordinator assists the Deputy Director of Strategy and national ministries in helping to design, implement, develop, sustain and multiply the CrossRoads strategy. The CrossRoads Coordinator provides information, strategic assessment, strategic planning, strategy implementation, resourcing, monitoring, evaluation and modification of the strategy so as to build movements of multiplying disciples among (professional) adults and students and appropriate tools needed to build disciples. The Coordinator works closely with National Directors and Regional Directors and the DoA.
