Ministry Partner Development Coach

This is a tremendous opportunity to encourage, equip and coach new staff during their initial Ministry Partner Development.

Assists in setting support goals. Regularly tracks the MPD progress of the new staff member through phone calls and weekly reports. Provides regular encouragement and counsel in an environment of accountability and love. Maintains regular involvement in national MPD trainings and development events. This position can either be part time or full time, depending on the number of staff you coach. It would be ideal for a wife or mom who wants to have a tremendous impact while working on this only several hours each week.
