This is a tremendous opportunity to encourage, equip and coach JFP staff in their MPD role as CCC staff so that all of our staff are satisfied with their financial support.
Assists staff and coaches in setting support goals. Regularly tracks the MPD progress of the staff members through phone calls and weekly reports. Provides regular encouragement and counsel in an environment of accountability and love. Maintains regular involvement in national MPD trainings and development events for all the JFP coaches. This position is full time.
