Taking the "JESUS" film around the world

"Go into all the world and preach the good news to all creation" (Mark 16:15, NIV).

This summer men and women from all over the United States will be participating in a mission trip sponsored by The JESUS Film Project.   They will be involved in "JESUS" film showings, teachng English, and/or offering the film to people as a gift.     

• Pray for those preparing to leave for a mission trip. Pray for their safety and well-being as they travel and minister. Pray for their unity as a team. 
• Pray that they'll be able to develop quality relationships with nationals.
• Pray for people to come to "JESUS" film showings and for many to respond to  the gospel.
• Pray for many opportunitites to present people with "JESUS" DVDs and VCDs   and that  people will take the time to watch the film. 
• Pray for hearts to be responsive to the gospel, resulting in a bountiful harvest.

   Please include the following in your prayers: 

• Pray for the friends and ministry partners who attend the upcoming June briefing, June 25-28, in Hot Springs, Virginia. Pray that that God will prepare their hearts for this weekend with a particular focus on the Americas and the Caribbean. Pray that God will speak to each one throughout the weekend in four areas: spiritually, casting a vision for the world, regarding deepening relationships and stewardship. Pray 75 guests will attend.  Pray each guest will begin to sense His leading for greater involvement with us.
• Pray for a strong response to the June appeal letter inviting donations for our “JESUS” film teams in 93 countries. (See photo.)  Pray also for a follow-up calling project to ministry partners. Pray for our office staff as they seek to reach by telephone at least 4,000 friends to invite them to help present the gospel in open and restricted countries. Pray for fulfillment from the calling, both on and off-line.      
• Pray for the production of a new video report for ministry partners that will highlight changed lives through the ministry in Gambia. Pray this report will be completed by early July.
• Pray for friends to respond to the opportunity to give Father’s Day, graduation, and wedding gifts in honor of those special people in their lives.  Pray that many would respond through the Honor Gift option available online. 
• Pray that the regional representatives will be able to make many successful contacts and visits with ministry partners during the summer months.  Pray for our seven new representatives as they seek to establish new networks of partners and friends, while building up current ones.
• Pray for the missionary staff of the ministry needing support for the summer and beyond. Pray for new monthly and regular financial partners to underwrite their roles with the ministry.
