The Production Department of The "JESUS" film

"O send out Your light and Your truth, let them lead me; let them bring me to Your holy hill and to Your dwelling place" (Psalm 43:3, NASB).

Much work goes on behind the scenes before the "JESUS" film is ready to be shown.  The Production Department of The JESUS Film Project  which is responsible for recording the film ask prayer for:    

• Pray for heart language speakers who can translate the Gospel of Luke and the film script of the "JESUS" film.  
• Pray for the men and women who look for nationals to dub the film and for a studio to record the film.   
• Pray for the health and safety of the young men and women who travel around the world, often to remote and sometimes dangerous locations, in order to record "JESUS" in new languages.
• Pray that we can find contacts needed to complete recording 500 more languages targeted for production. 
• Pray as we develop systems and processes to record and complete new types of visual and audio media products.
• Pray for the resources, both people and finances, necessary to continue our efforts.  

   Please include the following in your prayers:

• Pray for a good response to the May appeal letter seeking funds for DVDs, VCDs and Audio CDs and duplication equipment for outreach in North Africa, Central Asia and worldwide. (See photo.)
• Pray for the enlistment of friends and ministry partners to attend the upcoming briefing, June 25-28, in Hot Springs, Virginia.  Pray that God will prepare their hearts for this weekend with a particular focus on the Americas and the Caribbean.  Pray for 100 guest couples and singles to attend.  Pray each guest will begin to sense His leading for greater involvement with our ministry.
• Pray for friends to respond to the opportunity to give Mother’s Day, graduation, and anniversary gifts in honor of special people in their lives.  Pray that many would respond through the Honor Gift option available online.
• Pray for new opportunities to present funding proposals to private foundations.  Pray also for foundations already considering grants to the ministry.  Pray that they would capture the vision and would respond favorably to the proposals. Pray they would make gifts to underwrite various projects, including film teams, leadership training, and church-planting partnerships.
• Pray for the ministry’s regional representatives to be able to make successful connections with many financial partners before the summer travel period.  Pray for the seven new representatives whom God has raised up in the past two years; pray each would be able to establish new networks of partners and friends as well as build up existing ones.
• Pray for the missionary staff of the ministry needing financial support for the summer and beyond.  Pray for new monthly and regular financial partners to underwrite their roles with the ministry.
