Pray for Translations and Video/Audio Tools

"...always pray and not give up" (Luke 18:1, NIV).

In the next few months, more than 20 translations of the "JESUS" film are scheduled to be recorded. In light of this please pray:

• for the finalization of the script translations.
• for those who are working on the preparations for these recordings.
• for the right voice actors to be found.
• for suitable studios to be located and secured.
• that the recording team members will have no problems getting their visas.
• that all of the scheduling details for the recording of the film will come together.
• for spiritual and physical protection for all involved.

In addition, please include the following in your prayers:

• Pray for a strong response to the 2009 JESUS Film Project Christmas gift catalogue mailing seeking funds for film teams, projection equipment, video and audio tools, and other resources needed worldwide. Pray also for the effectiveness of the website version of this catalogue. Pray that there will be a generous outpouring of support to help underwrite the workers, tools and other resources to aid global film evangelism and church planting.
• Pray for the ministry partner telephone calling project to help raise funds for the production and distribution of DVDs for closed countries. This effort has a special matching gift offer; pray that the response will be generous and that the match can be met.
• Pray for the friends of the ministry who attended the recent Lake Tahoe, California briefing weekend and are still considering a financial commitment. Please pray that the Holy Spirit would touch their hearts and lead them to make strategic investments in the work of the kingdom. Also, please pray for those who have made commitments at this and other weekends and are seeking to fulfill those commitments by year end.
• Pray for our regional managers as they visit ministry partners around the country to share how God is working worldwide. Pray for a good response as they present various giving opportunities, including several with matching grants. Pray that God would use these connections to stir partners to greater involvement.
• Pray for the 2009 Christmas gift opportunities in-house Nov. 14 to Dec. 16 calling project. Pray that 5,000 friends could be contacted during the follow-up campaign. Pray that several thousand would respond to this special year-end opportunity to supply tools and resource ministry efforts around the world in 2010.
• Pray for the November new financial partner enrollment mailing project. Pray that they will draw many hundreds of friends to join with the ministry and help underwrite needs for film team equipment, DVDs for restricted nations, and DVDs for recent immigrants. These mailing projects also have a matching gift; pray that it can be fully met.
