How are people followed up after a "JESUS" film showing?
At the end of each "JESUS" film showing, "JESUS" film team workers and local pastors gather new believers to pray and instruct them in their new faith. The gospel is clarified and viewers are given the opportunity to indicate their decisions to follow Christ. Names and addresses of those who choose Jesus are documented. Local church members then coordinate Bible studies and offer invitations to local church services. If no church exists, one is often created.
More than 5,000 "JESUS" film workers worldwide show the film an average of three times a week. Individuals and ministries partner with The JESUS Film Project to show the film around the world. Each ministry incorporates the film in their ongoing missions and church-planting efforts. As "JESUS" film workers, denominations, missions agencies, and local church leaders work together, new believers grow in their faith.
