How do I uninstall the "JESUS" film Screen Saver?

Just delete the Jesus Film Stats.scr file from your Windows System directory.
The choice will no longer be available in your Screen Saver settings for the Display Properties.

(The "JESUS" Film Screen Saver was designed for Microsoft Windows. If you have a Mac with a PC emulator, such as SoftWindow or VirtualPC, you may be able to run it.)
