Tanzania: The Gospel With Actions

Deeply moved by the poverty they observed in the village of Magugu, Tanzania, a "JESUS" film team challenged their friends in town to come to the assistance of the new church in Magugu. He said women spend nine or more hours each day fetching water. A film team worker said, "They are living a very hard life--a very difficult life." The response was wonderful. These Tanzanian film team workers and their friends provided rice, maize, clothing and shoes to help the people of Magugu. One film team worker called this the "gospel with actions."
