Murderer Transformed in Nigeria

Thomas, a notorious murderer and gang leader in Nigeria, had a reputation for killing six people per day as a sacrifice to the god Egbesu. One evening while on his way home, he noticed the JESUS film playing. Hiding in a tree, he watched the entire film. At the film's conclusion, Thomas approached the film team leader and invited him to his house. Later in the privacy of his home, Thomas repented, confessed his atrocious sins, and exchanged his gun for a new life in Christ! When word of his newfound faith reached the village, most of the villagers followed his example and trusted Jesus Savior. Now Thomas attends church regularly and continues to grow in Christ.
