A "JESUS" film team traveled to the remote village of Massondou, Guinea. They found the road to the village nearly impassible, as no vehicle had traveled on it for several years. After hours of rough travel, darkness fell as the team came to a raging river blocking the entrance to the village. People from the village emerged carrying flashlights and lanterns. Realizing the team's predicament, villagers immediately began construction on a makeshift bridge. Late that night, as the team finally drove across the newly constructed bridge, villagers welcomed them warmly.
After three days of showing "JESUS" in the village and preaching the gospel, the team reported 32 people indicated decisions to trust Christ as Savior! All 32 new believers participated in six follow-up training sessions, and village leaders donated land to build a church. "We praised God who made it possible we discover such a village and help them know the Savior," enthused Jacob, a "JESUS" film team member.
