Reaching America

While the primary mission of The JESUS Film Project, is both to show, and aid others in showing the “JESUS” film internationally, The JESUS Video Project America, (also a ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ), was formed in 1992 with the goal to reach the United States with “JESUS.”

“We are committed to offering every home in America the opportunity to see the “JESUS” video,” states Kevin Mascaro, Executive Director of The JESUS Video Project America. “Our mission is to come along side and support the outreach work of local churches, individuals, and foundations nationwide that have been called by God to saturate their community with the gospel. To date, more than 17.5 million U.S. homes here have received the video.”

Churches and individuals can purchase “JESUS” videos at a nominal cost, and give them to friends and neighbors. One man even sponsored mailing the “JESUS” video to every home in his state!

Many major denominations and Christian organizations have adopted the “JESUS” video strategy for outreach and church growth. International Students, Inc., a group which shares Christ’s love with international students studying here in the U.S., has given away 125,000 “JESUS” videos, in 20 different languages.
