Filmmaker / Producer - "Supported" Staff

The Filmmaker is generally responsible for working alongside Broken Phonebooth staff to create film tools for evangelism and/or discipleship that will engage an audience. The Filmmaker is also responsible for contributing to a creative, collaborative environment that will promote this goal. The Producer emphasis requires the filmmaker to understand every phase of film/video production and oversee each project from conception to completion and delivery to client. The producer oversees the cast and crew and makes sure they stay on task with their responsibilities, and stays in close communication with the client to make sure they are up-to-date on all phases and are satisfied with the project’s direction.

What is "Supported" Staff?

Jesus Film Project, a ministry of Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ), is a support-based ministry. This means that we have no central funds for paying our missionary staff. If accepted for a supported staff position, you would receive extensive training to help you raise financial support from churches and individuals who have a heart to share the good news of Jesus Christ. You can apply for a one-year Internship or for full-time Supported Staff if you sense that God is calling you to long-term service.
