Trip Leader Training Manager - "Supported" Staff


Manages a team of mission trip leaders and assists in giving department direction/leadership. As a part of an exciting team environment, reaching out to people in the far corners of the globe using Cru and Jesus Film ministry strategies. This individual oversees the ongoing development of a team of mission trip leaders as they give leadership to short-term mission trips and assist local ministries. The Trip Leader Manager will also lead 1-3 trips a year, including training trips for new trip leaders.

What is "Supported" Staff?

Jesus Film Project, a ministry of Cru (Campus Crusade for Christ), is a support-based ministry. This means that we have no central funds for paying our missionary staff. If accepted for a supported staff position, you would receive extensive training to help you raise financial support from churches and individuals who have a heart to share the good news of Jesus Christ. You can apply for a one-year Internship or for full-time Supported Staff if you sense that God is calling you to long-term service.
