I instantly knew that
my season was over.
The first thing that
I felt was the pain
of not being able to play.
of not being able to play.
My emotions,
my attitudes,
the way I acted
was all dependent
on basketball.
My life felt
like a roller coaster.
It was up and down,
it was never sturdy.
Placing my faith in the
center has kind of
redirected me.
I'm able to have stability,
learn that my value
isn't in basketball,
isn't in how I perform,
but is in Christ.
