Hari 1: Mengikuti Yesus
Yesus menyuruh nelayan untuk menebar lebih jauh dan menjatuhkan jaring mereka. Nelayan itu menggerutu karena ia dan nelayan lainnya telah berlayar semalam suntuk. Mereka tidak menangkap apapun. Nelayan tersebut bersedia untuk pergi memanggil teman-temannya. Yesus duduk di perahu dengan nelayan tersebut. Ia menunggu dan berharap. Lalu menarik jala, perlahan-lahan membawa isinya ke permukaan. Ia pun tertawa girang ketika ia melihat jaring tersebut penuh dengan ikan yang melompat-lompat. Ketika selesai, nelayan tersebut duduk dalam perahu yang penuh dengan ikan. Ia memandang Yesus. Si nelayan terlihat sedih dan berkata, "Tinggalkan saya, Tuhan. Saya orang berdosa". Yesus berkata padanya agar tidak takut, karena dari saat itu, si nelayan akan menjadi penjala manusia.

But because You say so, I will let down the nets.” When they had done so, they caught such a large number of fish that their nets began to tear. So they signaled to their partners in the other boat to come and help them, and they came and filled both boats so full that they began to sink. When Simon Peter saw this, he fell at Jesus’ knees. “Go away from me, Lord,” he said, “for I am a sinful man.” For he and his companions were astonished at the catch of fish they had taken, and so were his partners James and John, the sons of Zebedee. “Do not be afraid,” Jesus said to Simon. “From now on you will catch men.” And when they had brought their boats ashore, they left everything and followed Him.
