If anyone is ashamed of Me and My words, the Son of Man will be ashamed of him when He comes in His glory and in the glory of the Father and of the holy angels. But I tell you truly, some who are standing here will not taste death before they see the kingdom of God.”

Algum de vós quer vir comigo?
Eu Te seguirei, Mestre
mas primeiro, deixa-me ir despedir-me da minha família.
Todo aquele que pega no arado mas continua a olhar para trás
não serve para o Reino de Deus.
Se alguém quer vir comigo, deve esquecer-se de si mesmo,
levar a sua cruz cada dia e seguir-Me.
Pois todo aquele que quiser salvar a sua vida, perdê-la-á.
e todo aquele que perder a vida por Mim, será salvo.
Que proveito tem o homem se ganhar o mundo inteiro e perder a sua alma?
Se alguém tiver vergonha de Mim e dos Meus ensinamentos,
então o Filho do Homem terá vergonha dessa pessoa, quando vier na Sua glória,
e na do Pai e dos santos anjos.
Asseguro-vos,
há aqui alguns que não hão-de morrer até que vejam o Reino de Deus.
