Con Gái Giai-ru Sống Lại
Đám đông chen lấn Chúa Giê-xu khi Ngài rời khỏi nhà hội. Một giọng nói lấn át các giọng nói khác. Người đàn ông, tên là Giai-ru, nài xin Chúa Giê-xu cứu lấy đứa con gái 12 tuổi đang bệnh nặng của mình. Một người khác chạy tới chỗ Giai-ru. Anh ta nói ông đừng làm phiền thầy nữa, vì con gái ông đã chết. Chúa Giê-xu quay lại nói rằng ông đừng sợ, rằng nếu Giai-ru tin, thì con gái ông sẽ khỏe. Chúa Giê-xu và các môn đồ đến thăm gia đình ông. Những người hàng xóm than khóc về sự ra đi của cô bé. Cô nằm trên giường, không còn sự sống. Chúa Giê-xu nhìn cô bé một lát. Ngài ngồi xuống và nhìn cô bé một lát, sau đó Ngài bảo cô hãy đứng dậy. Mắt cô bé mở ra và cô ngồi dậy.
