무리는 계속 모입니다. 그들은 예수님을 기다립니다. 드디어 예수님은 베드로, 야고보, 그리고 요한과 산에서 내려옵니다. 한 남자는 예수님에게 다가가 그의 아들을 고쳐달라고 애원합니다. 아이는 땅에 누워 몸을 비틉니다. 남자는 아이가 그의 하나뿐인 아들이라고 합니다. 그는 제자들에게 귀신을 쫓아내라고 부탁합니다. 하지만 그들은 할 수 없었습니다. 예수님은 조심스레 남자에게 아들을 가까이 데려오라고 합니다. 두 남자가 아이를 예수님께 데려옵니다. 하지만 아이는 또 발작을 일으킵니다. 예수님은 아이 옆에 섭니다. 아이는 올려다 봅니다. 그리고 천천히 일어납니다. 얼굴에 났던 상처와 멍은 사라집니다.

공유The next day, when they came down from the mountain, Jesus was met by a large crowd. Suddenly a man in the crowd cried out, “Teacher, I beg You to look at my son, for he is my only child. A spirit keeps seizing him, and he screams abruptly. It throws him into convulsions so that he foams at the mouth. It keeps mauling him and rarely departs from him. I begged Your disciples to drive it out, but they were unable.” “O unbelieving and perverse generation!” Jesus replied. “How long must I remain with you and put up with you? Bring your son here.” Even while the boy was approaching, the demon slammed him to the ground in a convulsion. But Jesus rebuked the unclean spirit, healed the boy, and gave him back to his father. And they were all astonished at the greatness of God. While everyone was marveling at all that Jesus was doing, He said to His disciples,
