예수님의 변모
예수님은 요한, 아고보, 그리고 베드로를 데리고 기도하러 산을 오릅니다. 예수님은 기도를 하려고 머리를 덮고 그들과 떨어져서 걸어갑니다. 하지만 그러자 그의 모습이 바뀝니다. 그의 표정이 바뀝니다. 그의 옷이 새하얘집니다. 그와 함께 있는 것 같은 두 남자와 대화를 나누기 시작합니다. 모세와 엘리야가 그에게 말합니다. 한명은 예수님이 하나님의 목적을 이룰 것이라고 말합니다. 다른 한명은 그가 예루살렘에서 죽으실 것이라고 말합니다. 베드로는 천천히 깨어납니다. 그가 첫번째로 모세와 엘리야와 대화하고 있는 예수님을 봅니다. 그는 야고보와 요한을 깨웁니다. 그들도 보게 됩니다. 모세와 엘리야는 떠나려 돌아서서 사라집니다. 제자들은 무릎을 꿇고 예수님을 찬양합니다.

공유About eight days after Jesus had said these things, He took with Him Peter, John, and James, and went up on a mountain to pray. And as He was praying, the appearance of His face changed, and His clothes became radiantly white. Suddenly two men, Moses and Elijah, began talking with Jesus. They appeared in glory and spoke about His departure, which He was about to accomplish at Jerusalem. Meanwhile Peter and his companions were overcome by sleep, but when they awoke, they saw Jesus’ glory and the two men standing with Him. As Moses and Elijah were leaving, Peter said to Jesus, “Master, it is good for us to be here. Let us put up three shelters— one for You, one for Moses, and one for Elijah.” ( vvv He did not know what he was saying.) While Peter was speaking, a cloud appeared and enveloped them, and they were afraid as they entered the cloud. And a voice came from the cloud, saying, “This is My Son, whom I have chosen. Listen to Him!” After the voice had spoken, only Jesus was present with them. The disciples kept this to themselves, and in those days they did not tell anyone what they had seen.
