최후의 만찬
유월절이 시작할 즈음입니다. 예수님은 유월절 음식을 준비하도록 베드로와 요한을 먼저 보냅니다. 예수님은 그들과 함께 앉아서 모두를 봅니다. 고통받기전 함게 식사를 나누게 돼서 무척 기쁘다고 말하십니다. 예수님은 잔을 들고 하나님께 기도합니다. 떡과 물고기를 위해 기도했던 때 처럼 하나님께 앞으로 가져오시는 포도줄기에 열매 맺음의 축복을 감사합니다. 가장 가까이 앉은 제자에게 넘겨주고 마시라 합니다. 예수님은 손을 뻗어 떡을 집어 들고 다시 기도합니다. 하나님께 땅에서 떡을 가져오신것을 감사하시고 떼십니다. 두 조각을 제자들에게 넘겨주고 떡은 그들을 위해 주는 그의 몸을 상징한다고 말씀하십니다. 먹고 기억하라고요. 잔은 아직 돌아가고 있습니다. 예수님은 잔에 있는 포도주는 그의 피의 새 증거이고 그들을 위해 쏟아졌다고 하십니다.

공유When the hour had come, Jesus reclined at the table with His apostles. And He said to them, “I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before My suffering. For I tell you that I will not eat it again until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.” After taking the cup, He gave thanks and said, “Take this and divide it among yourselves. For I tell you that I will not drink of the fruit of the vine from now on until the kingdom of God comes.” And He took the bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is My body, given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” In the same way, after supper He took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is poured out for you. Look! The hand of My betrayer is with Mine on the table. Indeed, the Son of Man will go as it has been determined, but woe to that man who betrays Him.” Then they began to question among themselves which of them was going to do this.
