最後の晩餐
過ぎ越しの祭りがもうすぐ始まります。イエスは、祭りの食事を用意する為に、ペテロとヨハネを使いに出します。イエスは彼らと共に座り、皆を見渡します。 イエスは、自分が苦しみを受ける前に、皆と共に食事ができて嬉しいと、弟子達に伝えます。 イエスは、杯を取り神に祈ります。パンと魚を感謝する祈りの中で、神が備えられた枝からの実りをいただける祝福を、神に感謝します。横に居る弟子に杯を渡し、 全員に飲むように言います。 イエスは、パンを手に取ってまた祈ります。イエスは、神に地の恵みを感謝し、パンを裂きます。二切れを弟子に渡し、これは彼らに与える自分のからだをであると語ります。それを食べて、イエスを忘れぬようにと言います。杯が回されている途中で、イエスは、葡萄酒は彼らの為に流される血で、新しい契約であると、語ります。

シェアWhen the hour had come, Jesus reclined at the table with His apostles. And He said to them, “I have eagerly desired to eat this Passover with you before My suffering. For I tell you that I will not eat it again until it is fulfilled in the kingdom of God.” After taking the cup, He gave thanks and said, “Take this and divide it among yourselves. For I tell you that I will not drink of the fruit of the vine from now on until the kingdom of God comes.” And He took the bread, gave thanks and broke it, and gave it to them, saying, “This is My body, given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.” In the same way, after supper He took the cup, saying, “This cup is the new covenant in My blood, which is poured out for you. Look! The hand of My betrayer is with Mine on the table. Indeed, the Son of Man will go as it has been determined, but woe to that man who betrays Him.” Then they began to question among themselves which of them was going to do this.
